I am from Antalya and for the last six years I work in Yellowknife, rotations at the mine. Three years ago I adopted Kuzey from a shelter here, a husky mix, maybe five years old now. Best decision I made in Canada.

Next year I go home for good. With my brother I bought a ground floor flat with a garden in Lara, we chose it on https://turk.estate/en/ mainly because of the garden and the shade of two orange trees, Kuzey needs space.

But he is a dog for minus 30, not for plus 38 in July. In winter in Yellowknife he sleeps outside in the snow by choice.

Has anyone here moved a northern breed to a hot country? What did you change: cooling mat, walks only before sunrise, shaving the coat or not? I read different opinions about shaving, so I ask people who did it.

We adopted our cat Pushok from shelter four years ago and now we move to Dubai, he comes with us of course. When I was choosing flat I filtered on https://emirates.estate/ only buildings where pets are allowed, it cut list almost by half.

Did anyone fly rescue cat long distance? I worry most about the 7 hours in cargo.

Hi everyone! I’m interested in understanding the role of motivation when analyzing sports teams. A match can have very different importance depending on tournament position, qualification requirements, rivalry, scheduling, or upcoming competitions. I’d like to learn how experienced fans evaluate these circumstances without relying too heavily on assumptions about what players are thinking. If you have a useful approach for understanding team motivation, I’d really appreciate your advice. I’m particularly interested in learning how context can complement statistics when studying an upcoming match.

Smartfon vasitəsilə platformaya daxil olmağa başlamışam, lakin bəzi funksiyaları tapmaqda çətinlik çəkirəm. Hesaba giriş, idman hadisələrinin axtarışı, nəticələrin izlənməsi və şəxsi kabinetin istifadəsi barədə daha aydın məlumat istəyirəm. Mobil interfeysə alışmaq üçün mənə mərhələli izah lazımdır. Xüsusilə yeni istifadəçilərin tez-tez qarşılaşdığı çətinliklər və onların sadə həlli haqqında məsləhətlər almaq istəyirəm.

Animal welfare organizations rely on strong communities to provide care, raise awareness, and help animals find safe and loving homes. Donations are valuable, but support can also come through volunteering, fostering, adoption, fundraising, and sharing information with others.

I think one of the most effective ways to support animal welfare is simply to get involved in a way that fits your time and resources. Even sharing an adoption post or helping spread awareness can connect an animal with someone who can provide the care it needs.

What kind of support do you think makes the biggest difference for animal welfare organizations? Is it volunteering, fostering, adoption, donations, fundraising, or raising awareness in the community? I recently came across a helpful resource from Vynce Digital about ROAS Is Dead? Performance Marketing Metrics That Matter (2026), explaining how useful content and a strong online presence can help animal welfare organizations connect with potential adopters,…

Myoelectric Armband: Bridging Human Motion and Smart Technology

A myoelectric armband is a wearable device designed to detect electrical signals produced by muscles during movement. These signals, known as electromyography (EMG) signals, are collected through sensors placed around the arm. Once captured, the data is translated into digital commands that can control computers, robotic systems, prosthetic limbs, gaming interfaces, or smart devices. The technology has gained attention because it creates a more natural connection between human movement and machines.

Humanoid robots are advanced machines designed to resemble and imitate human behavior, appearance, and movement. Equipped with artificial intelligence, sensors, cameras, and sophisticated mechanical systems, these robots can perform tasks that traditionally require human intelligence and physical abilities. As industries increasingly adopt automation and smart technologies, humanoid robots are emerging as a revolutionary force across healthcare, manufacturing, education, hospitality, and domestic environments.
